Desmond began his academic journey in the Secondary 1 Normal (Academic) stream with a PSLE score of 185. Through determination and discipline, he progressed to the Express stream in Secondary 2 and never looked back. His perseverance and love for learning led him to excel in Aerospace Engineering at Nanyang Polytechnic, where he graduated with a stellar GPA of 3.97 out of 4. His achievements earned him eight scholarship offers from top institutions and organisations, including NUS, SUTD, HDB, SIA, ST Engineering, and BCA. Desmond ultimately chose to pursue Mechanical Engineering at the National University of Singapore (NUS) under the prestigious NUS Scholarship.

Having personally experienced the challenge of transitioning between academic streams, Desmond understands the struggles students may face when grappling with difficult concepts. These experiences shaped his passion for teaching and his belief that with the right guidance, any student can improve and excel.

With over 9 years of teaching experience, Desmond has worked with students across various levels—from Secondary Math and Science to JC H2 Math. Known for his patient and structured approach, he tailors his lessons to each student's needs, helping them build confidence and achieve their goals. Desmond's journey is a powerful example that with resilience and the right support, success is always within reach.

Jiarong graduated from the National University of Singapore (NUS) with a double major in Data Science & Analytics and Computer Science. He later went on to pursue a Master's degree in Finance at Singapore Management University (SMU), where he was awarded a scholarship for his studies in recognition of his academic excellence.

With over 6 years of experience, Jiarong has been teaching Math and Physics to students from secondary school to junior college. He has a strong passion for education and takes pride in helping students understand difficult concepts in a simple and relatable way.

Jiarong believes that with the right guidance and consistent support, every student has the potential to succeed. His lessons are structured, engaging, and always tailored to match each student's learning style and pace. He's known for his patient and approachable teaching style, making students feel comfortable and confident in their learning journey.

Mya is a fifth-year medical student at UNSW in Sydney, where her deep engagement with science sharpens her ability to explain complex concepts with clarity. A graduate of Anglo-Chinese Junior College with a ranking score of 88.75 and distinctions in H2 Biology, Chemistry, and Math, she brings both academic excellence and real-world relevance to her teaching.

With 8 years of tutoring experience, Mya has worked with students from Secondary 1 to JC2 in both Singapore and Sydney. She focuses on building strong foundations, guiding students through answering techniques, and reviewing their work to foster independent learning. Her calm, structured approach is paired with a strong belief in open communication with both students and parents.

From a young age, Shanel was fascinated by how numbers and scientific concepts could explain the world around us. Whether it was solving puzzles or conducting small science experiments at home, she loved uncovering the "why" behind everything. This passion eventually led her to a career in tutoring, where she has been guiding students for the past six years in Primary and Lower Secondary Math & Science.
